J2 Global Inc., owner of online faxing brands such as MyFax and eFax and others has recently announced the acquisition of UK based Zimo Communications Ltd (Archived Version).
Zimo’s background is in voice based services through its Numberstore product, providing non-geographic numbers and online call management tools, and was the FCS Service Provider of the Year for 2008.
